Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager position located in the Quad Cities Metropolitan Area.

The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day commercial construction project operations while ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources

  • Coordinate project activities and workflows

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

  • Manage project quality and safety requirements

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors

  • Strong Project Management experience

  • Inspection experience
