Freyssinet is seeking a high-potential Project Manager to lead complex specialty construction projects while preparing for future operations leadership. This role is designed for an experienced Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career by managing challenging projects, mentoring fellow Project Managers, and helping drive operational excellence across the organization.

Rather than seeking someone who already holds a Senior Project Manager title, Freyssinet is looking for a proven construction leader with a strong upward career trajectory, exceptional financial and project management skills, and the ambition to grow into a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Regional Operations Leadership role. This is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in specialty infrastructure construction with a clear path for long-term advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead multiple complex specialty construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and overall financial performance.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project planning activities.

Leadership & Operational Development

  • Mentor and support Project Managers and project teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project execution, operational processes, and team performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, field leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic operational initiatives while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout project execution.

Financial & Client Management

  • Maintain project profitability through proactive forecasting and risk management.
  • Manage client relationships from project kickoff through closeout.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.

Qualifications

Industry Experience

  • 10–15 years of progressive construction experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience in commercial construction, heavy civil, structural concrete, specialty contracting, or infrastructure projects.
  • Self-performed construction experience preferred.
  • Bridge rehabilitation or concrete restoration experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Current experience as a Project Manager, Lead Project Manager, Construction Manager, or Senior Project Engineer ready for advancement.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent construction management experience will be considered.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Post-tensioning experience is a plus but not required.
