Cervello Global Corporation dba Cervello Technologies is looking for a Project Manager Information Operations Planner to provide supports to the USMC Operational Forces, Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) establishment organizations, and encompasses disciplines of Information Environment (IE) capabilities development and integration. Further, contracted services will include: signature management, IE analysis, Operations Security (OPSEC), Military Deception (MILDEC), Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Publicly Available Information (PAI), program management, and intelligence technical support functions.  Place of Performance is in Quantico, VA

JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE:

  • Analyze and recommend improvements to existing policies, plans, methods, procedures for HQMC and US GOVERNMENT programs
  • Address and correct any identified personnel or work performance or workplace conduct issues
  • Provide input on day-to-day operations or actively prepare planning, ad-hoc reporting and briefings
  • Maintain the organization's calendar on a daily basis; all input information will be provided by the Government
  • Monitor the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) across the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), to ensure HQMC assigned tasks are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Develop, verify and submit Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
  • Provide policy input to management for OIE Planning Support Projects
  • Provide policy input for development of the Command Chronology; collect lessons learned, submit and/or editing reports for submission to the Government
  • Act as the US Government interface with Government
  • Prepare operations reports (e.g. DCI Weekly, CMC Monthly, O&I, etc.)
  • Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings, working groups, conferences and operational planning teams as applicable to OIE planning and
  • Develop and submit programmatic Ad-Hoc Reports as required
