Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead and support strategic initiatives within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Translate project objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support product launch and operational improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
