Job Overview Key Responsibilities- Manage NOC operations, infrastructure availability, SLA/KPI performance, and MTTR improvements
- Coordinate with internal infrastructure teams, cloud teams, vendors, carriers, and field engineering teams
- Enterprise networking: LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, VLAN, BGP/OSPF, VPN, Firewalls
- AWS cloud infrastructure and SRE
- Retail domain project management experience
- ITIL-based service management
