Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Project Manager

Location: Pleasanton, CA (Onsite — 5 days/week)

Job Type: Contract

Experience: 8+ years

Job Overview   Key Responsibilities  
  • Manage NOC operations, infrastructure availability, SLA/KPI performance, and MTTR improvements
  • Coordinate with internal infrastructure teams, cloud teams, vendors, carriers, and field engineering teams
Required Skills  
  • Enterprise networking: LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, VLAN, BGP/OSPF, VPN, Firewalls
  • AWS cloud infrastructure and SRE
  • Retail domain project management experience
  • ITIL-based service management
  • NOC operations and monitoring
  • Incident and change management
  • Cross-functional delivery and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills  
  • Experience managing DevOps and network transformation projects
  • Hybrid cloud connectivity and migration experience
  • Strong communication skills for enterprise stakeholder engagement
