Job description

Premier Tank Truck Service, PTT, www.premiertanktrucks.com, is seeking a team minded individual to supervise drivers and push trucks for an Oil Field Service company located in the Eagle Ford Shale surrounding Karnes City, TX. PTT runs a growing 24/7 oil field service company specializing in hauling and service work for drilling, completion and production operations and methane emissions reduction. Benefits offered after 60 days.

Requirements:

  • Eagle Ford Region knowledge and experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience supervising. Managing 10 trucks or more is a plus
  • Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
  • Reasonably Suspicion/ Safety training preferred
  • Experience with vacuum truck equipment
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations preferred.
  • Understanding of oil field service industry regarding drilling, completion and production
  • Strong Communications skills
  • Computer skills required

Work with Office Manager in all aspects of running the yard to include:

  • Lead personnel in multiple aspects, including but not limited to:
  • Driving big trucks, end dump and winch truck as needed.
  • Managing driver hours
  • Must have driver contacts
  • Pay is negotiable based on experience
  • Hiring New Drivers
  • Training New and Existing Drivers
  • Manage Dispatch to schedule drivers
  • Reviewing and approving weekly employee time sheets
  • Building new / retaining current customer relations
  • Maintain List of Well sites provided by corporate office
  • Assist Shop and Fleet Management
  • Coordinate weekly Safety meetings
  • Review Service Tickets
  • Have customer contacts preferred
  • Learn dispatch duties/cover dispatch where needed.
