Responsibilities
  • Develop office activities and initiatives relating to improving the office's strategic marketing orientation and market leadership
  • Lead and mentor the operations and staff of the office's marketing department
  • Further develop and diversify market opportunities consistent with strategic initiatives by performing marketplace research and analyses
  • Develop and lead BD plan
  • Develop client relationships
  • You will be expected to work in a team environment to implement business development strategies that will increase growth and success
  • Media relations and corporate communications, marketing support, and tools for ECS's business developers and support staff
  • Update and improve brochures
  • Develop a plan and strategy for re-building and improving various marketing tactics
  • Implement innovative processes and creative solutions for better business practices

Qualifications
  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - MBA/MKT preferred
  • 10+ years of Business Development and/or Marketing experience - highly preferable if in the Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering , Materials Testing or Facilities markets
