You run your own van, keep a steady pace through a full workday, and talk to homeowners with confidence about their electrical systems. If you want your work to translate into real career growth instead of being another number at a massive corporation, keep reading.

Why You'll Like Working Here
  • Top-tier pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.

  • Ground-floor opportunity: get in early with a rapidly growing division. For the right person this role has a clear path into a leadership or department-head position.

  • The best equipment: a brand-new transit van to take home, plus all major equipment and large tools. You bring your hand tools.

  • Solid benefits: health insurance stipend, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

  • Future upside: performance incentives and bonuses are in the works as the electrical department scales.

What You'll Do
  • Perform electrical service, troubleshooting, and repairs in residential and light commercial settings.

  • Execute electrical work for residential remodels, light commercial projects, and light construction efficiently and strictly to code.

  • Educate customers on their electrical systems and confidently offer the upgrades they need, such as panel changes and surge protection.

  • Work independently and hold a steady, efficient pace to manage a full daily schedule.

  • Keep a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.

What You Need
  • Licensing: active Utah Journeyman Electrician license.

  • Experience: minimum 2 years working as a licensed journeyman.

  • Skillset: proven hands-on experience in both residential and light commercial service and troubleshooting, plus remodel and construction work.

  • Sales ability: comfortable speaking with homeowners and upselling relevant electrical services. Residential service sales experience is a huge plus.

  • Work ethic: highly self-sufficient, reliable, and driven. Willing to work a full schedule to get the job done.

  • Background: previous experience at a larger residential service company is a strong plus.
