Summary/Objective: Promotes the company mission statement by joining the Senior Project Manager (SPM) and Superintendent to form a team who collaborate to create a safe work environment, build a quality project, and keep projects on schedule while earning a fair and reasonable profit.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Owner, Engineer, and Architect.
- Oversee the project to make all critical project decisions.
- Estimating and Preconstruction:
- Effectively assist with estimating, scheduling, and interviewing for project pursuits.
- Work with Estimators to finalize project preconstruction deliverables and estimates. This includes:
- Executive Summary.
- Schedule of Values.
- Qualifications and Clarifications.
- Allowances.
- Project Schedule.
- General Conditions.
- Three quotes on each scope.
- Value Engineering.
- Produce, collect and process all pay applications and invoices for the project, for trade partners, vendors and Owners.
- Includes collections and payments.
- Ensure the creation, approval, and management of:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Work Environment: This position is required to work in a variety of conditions relative to construction jobsite environments and must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, as assigned. Exposure to weather, heat, etc. is expected.
Physical Demands:
Weather and climate conditions will vary throughout the progress of a project and the PM must be able to inspect all ongoing construction activities over the duration of the assigned project.This role requires walking over varied terrain, climbing, stooping, bending, and lifting. Lifting requirements vary from minimal loads to heavy; but help is always available with heavier loads.Inspection for quality, consistency and completeness of work frequently requires climbing ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.
Travel Required:
Travel to/from multiple jobsites, projects, and offices. Minimal overnight or weekend travel required.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Includes 5 plus years as an APM.
