Job description

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator Intern in Pullman, Washington. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work part time during the school year and full time during the summer. If you are an enthusiastic team player, we invite you to apply now!

As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include the following:

  • Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, prepare presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.

  • Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.

  • Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.

  • Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.

  • Providing support for large projects.
