Required:
โ€ข Experience with Project management (5+ years);
โ€ข Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence/reporting tools;
โ€ข Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, analysis, and project workflows;
โ€ข Experience with Project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication;
โ€ข Experience with Risk management;
โ€ข Experience with data literacy, including KPI tracking, dashboard interpretation, and data-driven decision-making;
โ€ข Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, privacy, and human oversight in business workflows;
โ€ข Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments;
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred:
โ€ข Experience with workflow automation, process improvement, and AI-enabled business transformation;
โ€ข Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms;
