The position of Project Manager is a skilled role, in which the Project Manager provides the overall on-site administrative and technical management for a project, while ensuring the total constructive efforts are in accordance with the plans and specifications and are communicated to all parties involved.

A Day in the Life:

  • Forecasting, planning, analysis throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Prepare a comprehensive material list for the projectย 
  • Preparing takeoffs and estimates for change ordersย 
  • Communicate with Site Supervisor / Foreman in issuing, coordinating and tracking deliveries purchase orders, etc.ย 

What We Are Seeking:

  • 3-5 years with General Project Management/Construction experience.
  • Waterproofing knowledge and experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understand direction and be dependable to follow through
