What is the Opportunity?

Project Manager (Aecon Pacific Northwest Inc.; Lynnwood, WA): Coordinate quality, material and subcontractor engineering process for assigned projects. Track and review the engineering design process, constructability reviews and determination of means and methods to build the project. Oversee project safety performance in the field though safety inspections and audits. Direct engineering activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and other governmental regulations. Support Safety Advisors in safety investigations and ensure that corrective actions are implemented. Review financial performance of assigned project work scopes. Develop and execute daily productions, schedule, and budget forecasting. Record issues regarding financial performance, workload status, and potential issues and opportunities. Collaborate with regulatory authorities, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on engineering projects. Collaborate with Construction Manager and Superintendents to support all crewing and project needs. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). Salary range is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location. #LI-DNI

Bonus: Employees are eligible for Short-Term Incentive Plan for bonus and it depends on the company's results.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience; OR a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience.
  • Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following: Leading transportation or civil infrastructure construction projects; Leading design-build projects; Construction of structures, bridges, highways, or hydro-electric dams; Working with public clients and government agencies; Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for engineering build projects; and Performing project forecasting for build projects. 
  • Travel to various international locations required up to 10%.

The expected pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 USD per year.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
