Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for OSP engineering projects.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.
  1. Design and Engineering:
    • Supervise the OSP engineering team in creating detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
    • Review and approve engineering designs and modifications.
  1. Resource Management:
    • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives.
    • Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and quality standards.
  1. Quality Control and Assurance:
    • Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of OSP engineering designs and installations.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess project progress and quality of work.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
