Little, nationally recognized as a โ€œBest Firm to Work Forโ€ and one of the nationโ€™s most progressive design firms, is seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Healthcare Studio in our Durham, NC office (located in the American Tobacco Historic District).

The individual selected for this opportunity will be working with regional and national healthcare clients on projects of varying size and scope, with the opportunity to work with a team dedicated to advancing breakthrough ideas through design.ย  The types of projects cover the full spectrum of healthcare facilities โ€“ with a focus on acute care, specialty centers, and clinics.ย  This position will require a team member that leads with a positive attitude and has the capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative and client-focused environment.

Requirements: Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on professional architectural experience with significant experience in healthcare design and project management.
  • Architectural registration required;
  • Autodesk Revit proficiency;
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare design, detailing, codes, industry standards and trends;
