Job Description:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to support acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture projects with primary focus on U.S. transactions.
  • The incumbent is expected to lead small projects and to assist as a team member on mid-sized to large projects.
  • Analyzing and evaluating identified opportunities;
  • Performing all aspects of financial modeling and valuation;
  • Preparing and conducting due diligence activities;
  • Assisting with deal structuring and negotiations; Coordinating internal approval processes.

Your qualifications

  • The selected candidate is required to possess the following:
  • Bachelor degree and 8+ years of experience or MBA and 4+ years of experience with excellent academic record and experience in M&A project work;
  • Excellent understanding of all disciplines affecting M&A transactions (finance, tax, legal);
  • Financial analysis and modeling skills;
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
  • Solid work ethic and high motivation level;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience dealing with high level executives;
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in project coordination of small to medium sized transactions;
