The Newviews Agency is a creative marketing and communications firm dedicated to storytelling, brand building, and community impact. We serve diverse clients, from startups to Fortune 500 organizations, with tailored, innovative marketing solutions.

About the Role

Newviews is looking for a Project Manager to keep our creative and production work moving on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy, creative, and production teams — making sure great ideas actually cross the finish line.

Responsibilities

  • Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns/shoots
  • Build and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate between creative, production, and client-facing teams
  • Track deliverables, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Manage contractor/freelancer scheduling alongside internal team capacity
  • Run status meetings, maintain project docs, and own the source of truth for timelines
  • Support onsite production logistics when needed (call sheets, schedules, vendor coordination)

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, production, or creative environment
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
  • Clear communicator who can translate between creative and operational priorities
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.)

Compensation
