Job Title: Project Manager, Sr
Duration: 8+ months
Location: Rocky Hill, Connecticut ( Hybrid)
Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new EHR system for our skilled nursing facility and residential home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex healthcare IT projects, a deep understanding of EHR systems and their impact on clinical workflows, and the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan for the implementation of the new EHR system, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
โ€ข Oversee all aspects of the project, including vendor selection, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support.
โ€ข Manage and coordinate a team of IT and clinical professionals to ensure the successful implementation of the EHR system.
โ€ข Provide ongoing project updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation process.
โ€ข Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the EHR system meets all requirements and functions as intended.
