Position Details:

Job Title: Project Manager-III

Duration: 12+months

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Job Description:

The Program Management Lead will be responsible for the development and maintenance of an integrated project plan across all phases, waves, and go-lives for the ECM Program. Act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day PMO activities including overall program status, resource load, and financial health of the project. Responsible for planning, executing, and closing multiple projects (business deployments or initiatives) of the program. Also be responsible for identifying and tracking dependencies / interdependencies across the program. Perform overall program risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and recommend mitigations, as needed. Provide input to overall program strategic planning, business planning, and business risk analysis. Anticipate potential risks / program obstacles through an understanding of key business processes, the SDLC lifecycle, and the analysis of key program data. Defines key program metrics for each phase of the project and manages ongoing analysis and reporting. Provide input to the prioritization of program activities and objectives based on knowledge of project plan, resources, and budget. Provides overall oversight of tactical project management task
Ability to coordinate and facilitate communication among diverse group of stakeholders. Extensive project management experience including delivery on global, multi-cultural teams in the onsite-offshore model while managing and interfacing with technology vendors. Strong program delivery experience. Ability to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing teams together - both CLIENT internal and external stakeholders. Application management of GXP and SOX solutions and ongoing operational and hardware/software lifecycle responsibilities. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the entire technical infrastructure and global landscape. Ability to adopt and deploy CLIENT Credo leadership skills.
A minimum of Bachelor's degree required; A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the medical devices, consumer and/or medical device industries. Cross-functional and/or cross-sector experience required. Experience with complex global transformations. Familiar with Quality and Compliance Standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Significant and successful program management experience. Expertise in the CLIENT project management methodology and standards. Skilled in project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project). Understanding of key data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, etc.). Knowledge of financial budgeting tools and concepts. Understanding of key processes and cross-functional interactions across the product lifecycle. Knowledge of Business Process design methodologies and tools. Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
