Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple workstreams to ensure successful project execution in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who drives collaboration, unites teams to solve problems, and keeps all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will be accountable for managing timelines, budgets, and milestones while actively identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining momentum to deliver high-quality results.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 35+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial or merchandising in a retail environment.
  • Certification in project management (PME), required
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
