- Management of assigned projects will sometimes require working weekends and off-hours, as necessitated by the scope of work and project schedule.
- Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Graduate
- Bachelors Degree Degree in Technical Field, Engineering or Architecture from an accredited College or University.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master's Degree
- 5 or more years experience in building Design and/or Construction.
- Healthcare-related construction management experience.
Preferred Licensure and Certification
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect.
- Project Management Institute Certification (PMI); American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Fellow Certification or Senior Certification; U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Certification
Knowledge Requirements
- Familiar with construction management software such as Prolog, Expedition, E-Builder or Primavera.
- Proficient in the use of scheduling software such as Suretrak and Microsoft Project.
