We are dedicated to high-quality installations of ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps. We are seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Installer to anchor our field operations and help us manage our increasing volume of work. Join us and immediately step into a key leadership role.

The Role We are urgently seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in the Columbus, OH area. This is a critical role that requires proven expertise in residential installation and a strong leadership mindset. The ideal candidate will take ownership of installations and oversee crew quality, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Installation: Lead the installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps in residential new construction settings.
  • Crew Supervision: Inspect and perform quality checks over the crew and installation work, ensuring adherence to project specifications and company quality standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce and strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures on the job site.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to manage installation logistics and site challenges.
  • Physical Work: Comfortably handle the physical workload required for installations.

  • Experience: Minimum of four(4) years of verifiable experience in HVAC installation (residential new construction preferred).
