- Increase the company's efficiency and effectiveness by maintaining financial organization and tracking of electrical projects
- Prepare permits, project schedule, PO buyouts, project strategy, submittals, shop drawings, budget and schedule of values for project start up
- Maintain daily affairs to stay within budget, address change orders, and prepare billing
- Maintain project organization and tracking to include subcontractor performance, material tracking, and coordination of submittals by other trades
- Execute project close out including preparation of O & M manuals, warranty documents, and receiving all spare parts
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years' project controls/coordination experience with 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical project management
- Experience managing electrical projects of $12M or more
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, up to 5 at a time
- Experience managing projects with over 100 employees
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of the electrical industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills; Highly competent in MS Office suite and Accubid
- Motivation, detail orientation, and a refusal to accept second besy

Work Environment:
- Occasional Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
- Mostly in outdoor industrial construction sites with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, extreme weather, uneven terrain, or other environmental factors.
- Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels.
- Climbing up and down stairs and ladders to both get in and out of trenches and up to elevated platforms (scaffolding at significant heights)
- Lifting necessary equipment and materials 1-50lbs.
- Potential or periodic amounts of time for the following: walking on uneven terrain, with an average of two miles per day; standing; sit, stop, crawl, and kneel; use of respirator if position requires.
- Fabrication shops with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors.
- Travel requirements: up to 75% of time.
