Broadridge is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of internal and external events that support our business objectives and enhance the associate and client experience. This role is responsible for managing the full event lifecycle-from planning and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation-for conferences, trade shows, leadership meetings, client events, and associate engagement programs. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering seamless, high-impact events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, including conferences, trade shows, leadership meetings, and associate engagement events.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venues, registration, vendors, travel, catering, audiovisual support, and event materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure events align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and project plans while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee on-site event operations.
  • Track event performance, gather attendee feedback, and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate event management experience, including conferences, trade shows, and executive meetings.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and budget management skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and event logistics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Salary Range: 100,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD annual
