Position Description
Join a third-generation, family-owned commercial construction company with over 70 years of excellence and a strong commitment to community. We're seeking an adaptable, driven Senior Project Manager who thrives in a team-oriented, professional environment.
General Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver large, complex construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Oversee forecasting, reporting, and project controls. Support and guide Project Managers, ensuring effective use of processes, people, and technology. Build strong client relationships, support business development, and collaborate across teams to meet company growth and profitability goals. Uphold all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties:
  • Lead planning and execution of complex construction projects
  • Manage strategic forecasting, reporting, and project documentation
  • Ensure effective processes, staffing, and technology use across assigned Project Managers
  • Strengthen client relationships and support new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership and teams company-wide
  • Provide mentoring and development for Project Managers and Superintendents
  • Represent the company at industry and networking events
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, operational, and regulatory policies
  • Respond to project-related inquiries and perform additional duties as needed
