Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full project lifecycle for commercial roofing jobs, from pre-construction through close-out
  • Create, manage, and update project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate labor, subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and resolve field issues
  • Document job progress and changes; maintain accurate project files
  • Lead problem-solving efforts in dynamic field conditions

Qualifications
