Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. Glassco is committed to providing hands-on training and guidance from the best in the industry to allow you to maximize your professional impact and earning potential. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong set of communication skills and glass industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Review project specifications, architectural drawings and other relevant documents to accurately assess the scope of work required for potential projects.
  • Source and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Operations and our clients to suggest value engineering options that optimize costs without compromising quality.
  • Submit accurate and timely proposals to clients, ensuring compliance with project requirements and adhering to bid deadlines.
  • Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs with actual costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless completion of projects.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in the construction industry with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of material and processes in the glazing industry.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficient and able to quickly pick up technology and software.
  • Detail oriented and incredibly organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
