Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Division 8 (Doors, Frames & Hardware)
Location: Dallas, Texas (On-Site)

Solid Rock Recruiting is actively seeking 1–2 experienced Senior Project Managers for a respected client in the Division 8 sector. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial doors, frames, and hardware, and a proven ability to lead complex construction projects from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Division 8 projects from inception to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers

  • Oversee planning, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation of Division 8 materials

  • Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and implement proactive solutions

  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and compliance standards

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners

  • Continuously refine and improve project management processes


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Division 8 project management

  • Deep understanding of commercial doors, frames, and hardware

  • Comsense software experience is highly preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)

  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and building codes
