Overview
Microsoft Digital (MSD) develops and operates the products and services that support Microsoft's business. The organization applies technical and business expertise, customer insights, and experience with Microsoft and industry solutions to help teams work efficiently, securely, and at scale. MSD includes engineers, technology leaders, subject-matter experts, digital transformation practitioners, and customer advocates.
The AV Program Management and Deployment team supports Microsoft's global deployment of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs). The team works with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver AV solutions at scale and apply established design standards across meeting-room environments.
As a AV Program Manager on the AV Program Management and Deployment team, you will plan and deliver Audio/Video (AV) infrastructure deployments across Microsoft facilities, including lifecycle refreshes and new-site initiatives. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors, oversee service delivery, and support regional accountability for AV deployments and standards to help maintain reliable MTR environments.
In this role, you will support the deployment of AI-enabled meeting rooms across an assigned Microsoft region and contribute to the continued development of meeting rooms as connected computing endpoints.
You will also contribute to Microsoft's global AV standards by providing insights from regional deployments. The role includes collaboration with global deployment partners and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) whose technologies are included in Microsoft's AV standards.

Responsibilities
As a AV Program Manager, you will support the regional delivery of Audio/Video (AV) infrastructure projects across Microsoft facilities, including lifecycle refreshes and construction-related deployments.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Stakeholder Management - Partner with regional and international teams to coordinate the deployment of AV infrastructure across Microsoft locations. Work with AV Service Delivery Managers, IT Managers, AV Engineers, Real Estate teams, and local Facility Managers to deliver planned AV projects.
  • Vendor Management - Coordinate regional suppliers, review key performance indicators across services, and address service-health issues to support established service and operational targets.
  • Service Management - Coordinate AV infrastructure deployments associated with the annual lifecycle refresh program and with new sites, expansions, retrofits, and acquisitions or venture integrations across regional Microsoft facilities.
  • Escalation Management - Serve as the regional point of contact for accountability and escalations related to AV portfolio deployments.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration - Collaborate across the Microsoft Digital Employee Experience organization to implement AV standards. Work with AV Service Delivery Managers to align end-user expectations and identify opportunities to improve the technology experience.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) AND 3+ years information technology (IT) operations, technical support, customer service solutions/delivery, or service management
    • OR Bachelor's Degree Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) AND 4+ years information technology (IT) operations, technical support, customer service solutions/delivery, or service management
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering) AND 6+ years information technology (IT) operations, technical support, customer service solutions/delivery, or service management

Corporate Technology Support IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
