Project Manager โ€“ ServiceNow HRIS Implementation

Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid

Contract: 14 Weeks

Start Date: September 8, 2026

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Onsite: 1 day/week- Mandatory


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a fast-paced ServiceNow HRIS / HR Service Delivery implementation. You will work closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and an external implementation partner to drive the project through implementation, testing, go-live, and transition to operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end ServiceNow HR implementation, managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate HR, IT, Business Analyst, vendor, and implementation partner teams.
  • Manage implementation partner deliverables, milestones, decisions, and SOW alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making sessions.
  • Oversee requirements, workflows, UAT, testing, training, communications, and change management.
  • Manage project governance, status reporting, Steering Committee communications, and documentation.
  • Lead go-live readiness, cutover, hypercare, and transition to operations.


Required Experience:


  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow, HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise technology implementations.
  • Strong project management experience across complex business and technology environments.
  • Experience working with external implementation partners/vendors.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and risk/issue management skills.
  • Experience with UAT, deployment, go-live, and operational transition.


Nice to Have: ServiceNow HRSD/HR Case Management, HR transformation, Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, or workflow design experience.
