Project Managers at 321 are the ultimate agency organizers. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various marketing and digital projects including being the point of contact for the internal and client teams.. A successful teammate in this position will have demonstrated abilities for managing projects for our clients, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, deliverables are high quality, and communication with clients is clear and effective.

  • Monitor and report on project status, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Have clear understanding of approved budgets vs actual budgets in order to understand project/account profit margin.
  • Lead and facilitate kickoff discussions in order to appropriately set and manage expectations, influence, coach and inspire the team throughout execution and delivery.
  • Support the project team through the lifecycle of the project - discuss project approach, team concerns, the team wins and problem solve.
  • Facilitate project meetings and manage project schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within specifications.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers and various team members to manage the resourcing scheduled (also known as Workload).
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and data in project management systems.

  • You've worked at an agency and you liked that environment
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in a client-facing capacity
  • Sufficient professional experience managing successful client relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Wicked strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter drive
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems effectively
  • Mac and Google Suite proficient
