Project Manager/Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity

Are you a construction or infrastructure Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? Do you excel at bringing order to chaos, managing multiple moving pieces, and driving field execution?

This role is NOT for software or IT-only PMs. - real construction and jobsite experience needed.

Talent Harbor has partnered with a premier, rapidly expanding technology infrastructure and managed services provider. Over the past three years, our client's infrastructure division has more than doubled its revenue three times overโ€”and their project pipeline is fully booked through 2027. To support this explosive growth and manage an incoming pipeline of large-scale projects (including a $2.5M project kicking off this March), we are actively seeking two experienced Project Managers to join their team.

Whether you are a certified PMP/Six Sigma process-builder who loves creating repeatable workflows, or a gritty, on-the-job execution expert who knows how to run a field site, our client has a seat for you.

Position Highlights

  • Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Benefits + Profit Sharing
  • Format: Hybrid (Typically 70% onsite / 30% remote, with weekly flexibility based on project loads)
  • Location: Must live within a 1-hour commute of Lewes or Dover, Delaware (Site visits required)

What Youโ€™ll Do (Essential Functions)

  • Portfolio Management: Lead and deliver a portfolio of 20โ€“30 concurrent technology infrastructure and construction projects (typical values range from $500K to $2M+).
  • Field Leadership: Schedule, task, and manage field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring daily on-site productivity and safety standards are met.
  • Logistics & Materials: Ensure the correct equipment and materials are ordered, delivered, and ready on-site according to aggressive project timelines.
  • Client Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular updates and resolving project bottlenecks proactively.
  • Tech-Driven Execution: Utilize platforms like Fieldwire for drawings and task management, Procore/Autodesk for partner coordination, and JetBuilt for tracking budgets and hours.
  • Scale the Department: Help define, document, and improve project management processes as the organization continues to scale.

What Weโ€™re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of construction Project Management experience.
  • Diverse Backgrounds Welcome: We are looking for strong project management fundamentals. While low-voltage, structured cabling, or access control experience is a plus, we highly encourage PMs with General Contracting (GC), Electrical Contracting, or HVAC backgrounds to apply.
  • Multi-Project Mastery: Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent construction projects simultaneously without letting details slip.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organization, a team-first leadership style with field crews, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Tools (Nice to Have): Hands-on experience with Fieldwire, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or JetBuilt.
  • Education: No strict degree requirement. PMP or Six Sigma certifications are highly preferred.

Whatโ€™s In It For You

  • Competitive salary with a performance-driven profit-sharing plan.
  • 401(k) with an employer match.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Personal, and Sick time).
  • A vibrant, team-oriented culture that believes in working hard, practicing a "pack mentality," and having fun along the way.
