Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

Manage facility improvement, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. Develop project schedules, track milestones, and coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor project budgets, review proposals, track expenditures, and manage cost controls.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates regarding schedule, scope, budget, and project risks.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contractor submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Assist with project planning related to capital expenditures and long-term facility upgrades.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination.
  • Strong mechanical and engineering skills.
  • Experience in project engineering and construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Construction, or a related field preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
