The Project Management team is responsible for coordinating and executing projects across planning, design, and construction, with a strong emphasis on construction delivery and field execution.

In this role, you will partner closely with Development team, Construction leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with overall project goals.

  • Monitor contractor performance, schedules, and milestones to ensure alignment with project goals
  • Coordinate construction sequencing to support overall project timelines
  • Review plans for constructability, compliance, and Company standards
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field issues
  • Support budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, including pay applications
  • Lead construction meetings, field walks, and coordination sessions with contractors, engineers, and internal teams
  • Coordinate with municipalities, inspectors, and agencies for permits, inspections, and approvals
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
  • Provide clear project updates and reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Support project closeout, including inspections, turnover, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in construction or project management, preferably across commercial or mixed-use projects
  • Experience managing contractors and coordinating with consultants and municipalities
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and project management tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and project controls
  • Willingness to be onsite regularly and travel to project locations as needed
