We are seeking a Project Architect with 6-10 years of experience to join our Washington, DC studio. This is a key role for candidates eager to contribute to impactful, design-driven work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

• Leads the development of construction documents and detailing.
• Coordinates across disciplines with consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Contributes to project delivery across all phases, from schematic design through construction administration.

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
• Has 6–10 years of professional experience, including Revit-based construction document production.
• Demonstrates strong design sensibility with an interest in building performance and constructability.
• Demonstrates clear verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Technology: Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Licensure preferred or in active pursuit, LEED accreditation a plus.
