Global Factory Support Team SPOC (Project Manager)
Provide crucial supply chain support to Lam factories- this role works across multiple suppliers and commodities to ensure our factories continue to support our customer's needs -- which feeds worldwide semiconductor innovation.

The impact you'll make
As a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs. You'll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.
What you'll do
Pilot Factory Support:
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within tolerable risk levels.
  • Manage non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
  • Provide forecasting, planning and strategic execution support to the supply chain to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Lead and participate in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to customer orders
  • Represent supply chain readiness for manufacturing build and system delivery/shipment
  • Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions
  • Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement

Who we're looking for
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience in project management or program management
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
