We're seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to serve as the vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring each project is delivered flawlessly from start to finish. Compensation:
  • $90,000 - $120,000 base salary

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of project management experience, especially in precast concrete, construction, or heavy manufacturing sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and project scheduling tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-departmental efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have Skills:
