Job Title: Project Manager IV
Location: Chicago Illinois 60606 - Day 1 Onsite

Brand Strategy & Print PM
Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the life cycles of multiple internal and external facing brand strategy and print projects. Help to build and maintain client relationships. Create and maintain project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources and mitigate risks. Manage and prioritize multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously. Collaborate with the brand strategy team to deliver high-quality and efficient implementations to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Project manage Creative Services design project efforts.
• Manage complex projects, timelines, budgets, and resources needed to complete requests.
• Gather and understand client requirements, project goals, and desired strategic outcomes.
• Review monthly client billing reports. Provide forecasting information to the Creative Services Finance Analyst for new projects.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Includes projects and resource management for the team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have highly developed relationship management and collaboration skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, external vendors, and numerous internal stakeholders. Interact with all levels of client management, including the Executive level.
• Understand clients' lines of business and communicate information accurately and effectively between the clients and the Creative Services team.
• Collaborate with dedicated resources to ensure that results are consistent with print specifications and established project requirements.
• Establish alignment with legal, brand, and editorial standards and processes. Ensure all projects meet the proper compliance when applicable.
• Work with cross-functional teams in a creative environment and foster open communication.
• Understand a variety of print concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• At project close, analyze actual vs. estimated costs and archive.
• Hold project debrief sessions internally and with select clients. Look for areas for continuous improvement and lead implementation.
Required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a project manager, producer, or account executive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and online collaborative tools.
Preferred
• 5 years of professional experience.
• Previous work experience at an agency or large corporation is a plus, however not required.
• Workfront and Microsoft Teams experience are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree.
