Job description

85°C BAKERY CAFE  |  MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Campaign Coordinator/Lead | Marketing Project Management

Full-Time  •  In-Office  •  $28–$32/hour, based on experience

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Job Description

With every great campaign, every store opening, every app promotion that performs well — someone has to be the person who makes it happen; the person who builds the timeline, chases down the details, catches the mistake before it goes live, and gets it across the finish line on time and done right.

That is this role.

We're looking for a Campaign Coordinator/Lead to run point on the moving pieces of our marketing engine: our ordering and app platforms, our website, , our store openings, our local store marketing and events, plus the reporting that tells us what's actually working. You'll work directly with our Director of Marketing and Advertising Manager, and coordinate closely with our operations team, stores, vendors, and other departments, to keep every project on schedule and every detail accounted for.

This is a role for someone who's outgrown "just following instructions" and is looking to grow — someone with real project management experience who is ready for the next level of ownership, ready to be trusted with more, and ready to earn a path toward a supervisory role. You'll have the room to make calls, the support to do it well, and a team around you that will have your back the same way you'll have theirs.

Our team works hard, we move fast, we care about getting things done right and holding ourselves accountable, but we try to have fun doing it:  Each of us genuinely likes the people we work with. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to build your career, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day execution of our digital ordering ecosystem — Website, rewards app, online ordering, and delivery platform.  Communicate and coordinate promotions, menu and pricing updates, store listings, and the app's Strategy & Analytics program.
  • Partner constantly with operations leadership and store teams to support our new store openings, including Grand Openings, drive our Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs, and coordinate field events from planning through execution.
  • Plan and coordinate store openings and Grand Openings, working across departments to hit every milestone.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting — app performance, LSM progress, website status, Grand Opening status —leadership informed with numbers they can trust.
  • Support the 85C at Home program and other special projects as assigned by the director.
  • you're the connective tissue that keeps projects moving between the many groups involved.Drive our ops relationship through well
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2+ years in a project coordination, project management, or marketing operations role.
  • Comfortable working across AI, Office/Google apps, project management tools, and ordering or customer service platforms (experience with Paytronix, UberEats, or DoorDash is a plus, not a requirement).
Skills & Attributes

Is this position the right fit for you?  We can teach you the systems. What we can't teach is this:

  • You hit deadlines always; Not "usually." You build the timeline, you track it, and you flag risks before it becomes a miss.
  • Your work is clean. You proof before you send. Typos, bad numbers, and sloppy handoffs aren't a personality trait you're allowed to have here.
  • You communicate well — really well. With stores, vendors, other departments, and your own team. You say what needs to be said, directly(and kindly), and you follow up.
  • You're good with numbers. You’re good with math, you can build a report, read one, and use it to make key decisions.
  • You're self-driven. You don't wait to be told what's next. You see what needs to happen and you move on it.
  • You stay steady under pressure. In our environment, changes happen, issues and problems come at us from every angle, and others make excuses. We are not phased:  As a team, we problem-solve instead of panic, update our plan, and continue to launch successful campaigns.

You'll fit right in on a team that collaborates as equals — no one here pulls rank, gossips, or lets each other down. We're a mix of extroverts and introverts who genuinely like working together, and we protect that. If you're driven by doing great work alongside people you respect 85C Marketing is your team.

Benefits

We offer opportunities for advancement, a comprehensive benefits package which includes Health insurance, Vacation/Sick pay, 401K and Management bonus options.
