The Senior Project Manager at Robert Beach West Inc. is a strategic role for an experienced professional passionate about project management, team leadership, and impactful problem-solving. You will be at the heart of orchestrating and executing projects in a variety of fields, working in close collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and mentor project leads and their respective teams.
  • Oversee the development and execution of high-impact project plans ensuring the deliverables are inline with the company objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Responsible for full project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, including risk management, quality assurance, benefits realization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop comprehensive project estimates and timelines by utilizing project management software and tools.
  • Regularly monitor, track and report project progress, schedules, budget and resources.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in project management with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Asana or other project management software is a must.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of varied levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of risk management practices and control tactics.
