THE WORK
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the GCMS business.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between program management, back-shop, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure parts are sourced, received, and delivered on schedule.
  • Track and report aftermarket revenue against contract targets.
  • Verify that all deliveries meet contractual terms and conditions.
  • Identify and address gaps that could impact revenue or compliance.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end processes for parts receipt, inventory handling, and delivery.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor timeliness, accuracy, and financial performance.
  • Drive corrective actions when performance deviates from targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team (e.g., logisticians, analysts, coordinators).
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement recognition programs.
  • Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Create mechanisms (e.g., tracking tools, status reports) to monitor customer deliverables and contract milestones.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on delivery status and any issues.
  • Ensure that delivery performance directly supports revenue goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process automation, and service enhancement.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic operational, financial, and performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, revenue, and delivery performance.
  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in aftermarket, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record managing commercial programs and meeting contract & revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management tools.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
