  • Builder mindset with a passion for creating scalable delivery organizations and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives within Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Planner, or comparable project management tools.
  • Experience building or maturing Enterprise PMOs from the ground up.
Benefits and Perks:
  • Total earning potential of approximately $217,000 - $240,000 through bonus and incentive opportunities
  • 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents
  • Retirement plan with a 50% employer match on contributions up to IRS limits

  • Opportunity to build and shape a new Enterprise PMO
  • High visibility with executive leadership
  • Collaborative, high-performing leadership environment
