Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  2. Manage cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and operational support.
  3. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, oversee data governance activities, and support analytics and reporting solutions.
  4. Monitor project risks, resources, deliverables, and project documentation while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder communication.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

8+ years of experience in project management, enterprise data initiatives, or technology transformation programs, including leadership of cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

Project Management, Azure, Databricks, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Data Analytics, Azure DevOps

Business / Domain Skills

Project Delivery, Data Governance, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Management, SDLC, Change Management

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with cloud data platforms, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, data governance frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions.
