Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex hospitality projects within the flooring industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while managing teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise in project scheduling and cost control, and a passion for driving projects forward with enthusiasm and precision.


Duties

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate project schedules using project management software.
  • Manage teams on-site and off-site, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and ensuring safety standards are met.
  • Oversee plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Monitor project costs through effective cost management strategies; track expenses against budgets regularly.
  • Facilitate communication by preparing detailed reports, managing contracts, and coordinating project meetings to maintain momentum.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Flooring Project Management is a must.
  • Solid understanding of estimating, scheduling, blueprint reading, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent time management skills.
