As the PMO Analyst you will be responsible for project documentation, process analysis, and workflow optimization to support critical government and intelligence initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and ensure version control
  • Conduct business process analyses to support workflow optimization
  • Develop, manage, and standardize project templates and process frameworks
  • Track deliverables and monitor adherence to project timelines and milestones
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Support accurate and timely project reporting to leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with PMs and teams to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associates with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Experience supporting project management offices (PMOs) or large-scale programs
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to process improvement
