  • Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes, methods, and tools while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive standardization
  • Serve as the key user for the 4PEP SAP Part Tracking System (PTS), providing system administration, troubleshooting, user support, and training
  • Analyze program data, develop dashboards and KPIs, and prepare reports that provide actionable insights for Program Managers and leadership
  • Coordinate and monitor Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), ensuring timely data accuracy, approvals, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, finance, IT, and product development teams to support program execution and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with PMO workshops, audits, documentation, and process improvement projects while maintaining a high level of data integrity and system compliance

This is what you bring to us
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in project/program management, business systems analysis, or data analytics
    within a manufacturing or automotive environment
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (4PEP or similar PLM/PPM modules preferred), advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office applications; experience with SQL, Power Automate, or similar tools is a plus
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI or equivalent reporting tools to support business decisions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and deliver training to cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of automotive product development processes, including APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, or experience with Python for data automation is preferred
