S Inc. has an immediate opening for an FLRAA Program Manager support a proposed program at Redstone Arsenal, AL

This position is contingent upon Task Order award.

Position Description:

The Program Manager (PM) serves as S's single point of accountability to the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) Project Management Office (PMO), CPE Aviation, PAE Maneuver Air, at Redstone Arsenal, AL and works onsite at the FLRAA office full time during working hours.

Responsibilities:

         Leads a complex and distributed multi-company workforce that alternates between on-site collaborative locations and authorized off-site virtual and physical work locations, spanning three technical capability areas: Logistics Services; Acquisition and Strategic Planning Services; and Technical Support Services.

         Manages cost, schedule, staffing, quality control, CDRL preparation and submission, subcontractor performance, and customer engagement with the COR and KO.

         Executes the initial transition in and staffs all labor categories to the required FTE levels by the end of transition; sustains the qualified-employee standards in the requirement documents.

         Manages Surge CLIN responses, including start of Surge requirements after task order modification. Position reports to the S Vice President. 

         Manages a complex and distributed workforce with varying roles, skillsets, and responsibilities across on-site and authorized virtual work locations

Qualifications:

         Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) with 21 years or Master's Degree MS with 18 years relevant experience.

         Minimum of fifteen (15) years demonstrated management experience, including ten (10) years of demonstrated program management in senior positions related to the Defense Acquisition Process.

         Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and distributed workforce with varying roles, skillsets, and responsibilities across on-site and authorized virtual work locations.

         Ability to work onsite full time at the FLRAA office, Redstone Arsenal, AL;

         Active Secret security clearance. 

         Highly Desired:

         Experience as an ACAT I Project/Program Manager.

         Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

         Advanced Agile certification (PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).

         Program/Product Manager experience on a DoD ACAT II program.

         Army aviation and Future Vertical Lift (FVL) portfolio experience, including familiarity with the FLRAA Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase.

         DAWIA Program Management certification and Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency.
