Position Title: Office Manager

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate administrative workflows, and enhance team collaboration. This position demands a leader who can navigate challenges while maintaining a professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a strong ability to implement operational improvements. Office Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Coordinate office procedures and internal communication
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and operational priorities
  • Provide high-level support to agency leadership
  • Assist with reporting, correspondence, and document preparation
  • Support staff organization and workflow coordination
  • Help maintain high standards in client interactions and service processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency

Office Manager Requirements:
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory role with additional professional experience
