Job description

Leads a team responsible for supporting the delivery of enterprise technology programs and projects by managing technical workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with program and project goals. Translates technical objectives and project goals into executable plans, monitors progress against milestones and standards, and manages dependencies and risks. Partners with engineering, product, technology, and business teams to resolve issues, support delivery excellence, and drive operational improvements. Develops and mentors team members, promoting adoption of delivery best practices and continuous improvement. Reports to a Manager II or higher.

  • 5+ years of work experience in technical program management, technical project management, or related experience, including cross-functional or enterprise initiatives and managing complex, multi-project environments
  • 1+ years of management experience leading technical teams, programs, or projects
  • Broad knowledge of technical program and project management practices and the ability to apply them to cross-functional technology initiatives and IT/infrastructure projects using frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience leading and managing technical workstreams and teams that support enterprise programs, digital transformation efforts, and technology projects
  • Proven ability to translate technical goals and objectives into structured plans, execution timelines, and resource assignments
  • Experience managing reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder communications, analytics, and vendor/third-party deliverables in technical environments
  • Strong leadership skills in coordinating engineering and technical teams, resolving execution challenges, and aligning deliverables with business needs
  • Skill in facilitating technical reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, meetings, and preparing documentation, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • Understanding of systems architecture, IT/business process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement in technical contexts
  • Advanced skill in using tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow) to manage performance, track progress, and generate insights
  • Ability to manage multiple technical initiatives/projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones while adapting to evolving business needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
