Job description

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the commercial construction industry? Our Project Management Internship position offers the opportunity to learn directly from experienced Project Managers while supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects on-site. This role is perfect for students who want to build real-world skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist Project Managers with organizing and tracking project activities, schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, attend project meetings, and document minutes and action items.
  • Coordinate communications between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress against established plans, reporting issues or delays.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including status updates, change orders, and closeout reports.
  • Assist with material procurement and delivery coordination.
  • Conduct site visits to observe project progress and gain hands-on field experience.
  • Contribute to internal improvement initiatives related to project delivery and operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to aid in company and professional success.
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Available to work during the Fall Semester (September through December)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
