Project Management Internship position offers the opportunity to learn directly from experienced Project Managers while supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects on-site. What You'll Be Doing - Assist Project Managers with organizing and tracking project activities, schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend project meetings, and document minutes and action items.
- Coordinate communications between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress against established plans, reporting issues or delays.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including status updates, change orders, and closeout reports.
- Assist with material procurement and delivery coordination.
- Conduct site visits to observe project progress and gain hands-on field experience.
- Contribute to internal improvement initiatives related to project delivery and operations.

- Perform other duties as assigned to aid in company and professional success.
What We're Looking For - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Available to work during the Fall Semester (September through December)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
